customer service specialist

minnow is looking for a full time customer service specialist to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our customers as we grow and implement new features. this role partners and collaborates with the fulfillment center and other cross-functional team members to deliver an exceptional brand experience and highly personalized service through phone calls, emails and live chat engagement.
specific duties / responsibilities:
- Responding timely to customer service emails, chat and phone calls
- Coordinating with our fulfillment center any order updates/changes
- Provide weekly reports concerning customer activity
- Solve routine and complex customer issues
- Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our products
- Monitor website and product information with customer experience in mind
- Assist on other projects as needed
skills & qualifications:
- Experience with shopify, gorgias and loop preferred
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish, ensuring its success
- Excellent communication and organization skills
