This product was never delivered. As a long term customer I was surprised when I reached out to the team with concerns the package was lost and Minnow dismissed me. Then a week later their courier declared it lost after I made contact on my own. At this time minnow's response was lets make this right we will refund you because the items are no longer in inventory. Then on top of it I get this email requesting I take the time to review my items and I could receive a discount on a future order. That should have been something they offered when they FAILED to deliver the original product.
