Recently bought this adorable swimsuit for my daughter. We were finally able to use it at the pool and got so many compliments. Once home we had to wash it as it was a public pool we did all the right things on gentle wash in a delicates wash bag with limited items that needed delicate as well. Once removed to let air dry the whole bow was torn off at the seam. After asking for support to replace the item they denied saying it was their fault and we should have been more careful washing. Now they won’t respond to us or let us speak to a supervisor. Lost a loyal customer.
