Love this with the primrose tie knot shorts! Didn't know I would love this outfit so much ...one of my favorites so far from minnow! My daughter is a narrow 4.5 yo. (35 pounds, 41.5 in tall). She can wear the 4/5 this year...hoping to still fit next year also but not sure it will?
